Justin is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investing, buying, and selling properties nationwide. He has completed around 40 BRRRRs and flips, along with countless land deals and new construction with his team in Brooksville, FL. With a passion for sharing his knowledge, he aims to empower others in reaching their real estate aspirations. Beyond his career, Justin is a man of God, a devoted husband, and father to four daughters with over 20 years of honorable service as a Marine Corps Veteran.

John Hugo
John Hugo has been actively investing in real estate since 2017 and has completed more than 25 projects, including flips, commercial properties, and multifamily investments. He is passionate about finding great deals, revitalizing homes and small multifamily communities, and creating quality rental opportunities at affordable prices.
Since 2025, John has also worked as a real estate agent, with a specialization in golf course communities and HOA neighborhoods. He brings a strong understanding of the unique considerations these communities offer, helping clients navigate both lifestyle and investment opportunities with confidence.
In addition to his real estate experience, John has an extensive background in running small businesses, including at one time operating five independent bookstores throughout New England. He still owns the oldest continually operating bookstore in the United States, founded in 1809 in Andover, Massachusetts.
John has a passion for numbers, profitability, and disciplined budgeting to meet projections. When he is not working in real estate or reading, he can often be found on the golf course chasing par.

Lina noe
Lina Noe works behind the scenes, wearing many hats to keep the business running with excellence. From administrative work to coordinating the Relentless Growth Meet Up, her primary focus is branding, marketing and social media.
On the investment side, Lina oversees the management of several short-term and long-term rental properties.
Originally from Sweden, she has called the U.S. home for 21 years. Lina is a woman of faith, wife to Justin, and homeschooling mom to their four daughters.
