Justin Noe Real Estate began almost by accident! During Justin Noe’s Marine Corps career, he and his wife, Lina, purchased, renovated, and rented out homes across the country. What started as a side project quickly became a passion for learning, experimenting with strategies, and forming partnerships. This journey helped them build their first million dollars and laid the foundation for creating generational wealth and their business today.
As Justin approached retirement from the Marine Corps (in January 2023) he recognized the opportunity to share his knowledge and help others build their own legacy through real estate. Today, Justin combines the values of hard work, integrity, expertise, and leadership—shaped by his military and real estate experience—to guide clients achieving their financial goals through smart, strategic property investments.
In 2024, Justin expanded his vision by launching The Justin Noe Group, a real estate sales team brokered by Agile Group Realty that is rapidly growing and attracting driven individuals eager to serve clients with excellence and determination.
Alongside the sales team, the investment division has also evolved to scale more efficiently. Over the past year, partnerships have expanded and shifted, allowing the business to diversify beyond single-family rentals and duplexes. Today, the portfolio includes multi-unit properties, monthly flips, new construction homes, and larger development projects.
