With over 20 years of military service and a track record of completing nearly 40 BRRRRs, flips, land deals, and new construction projects, Justin brings unmatched discipline, integrity, and expertise to the real estate world.

His journey began during active duty, when he and his wife, Lina, started buying and renovating homes across the country. What started as a side project quickly turned into a thriving business and a million-dollar portfolio—laying the foundation for what is now a mission to build generational wealth and help others do the same.

Today, Justin leads both a fast-growing real estate sales team—The Justin Noe Group, brokered by Agile Group Realty—and an expanding investment division focused on flips, multi-units, land, and development. Whether helping a first-time homebuyer or partnering with an investor, Justin combines strategic insight with grounded leadership shaped by his faith and military service.

Above all, Justin is a man of God, a devoted husband, and a proud father of four daughters. His greatest passion is helping others step confidently into real estate opportunities that align with their goals, values, and future vision.
