John Hugo has been actively investing in real estate since 2017. He’s worked on over 25
projects, including house flips, commercial buildings, and small apartment complexes in New
Hampshire, Tennessee, Massachusetts, and Florida. John loves finding great deals and fixing up
homes and revitalizing communities to make them better places to live. He focuses on offering
quality homes and rentals at affordable prices.
John also has a strong background in running small businesses. At one point, he managed five
independent bookstores in New England. Today, he still owns the oldest bookstore in the
United States that’s still open—founded in 1809 in Andover, Massachusetts.
John is passionate about numbers, staying on budget, and making sure his projects are
profitable. When he’s not working in real estate or reading a good book, you can usually find
him on the golf course, chasing par.
